Finally, after the warm-up EP last fall, here comes the second longplayer from Nurembergs political punks REJECTED YOUTH as a nice digipack CD or 12inch LP. After 7 years of playing shows and releasing material the band should be known by every Tom, Dick and Harry, therefore we save us further introductions. The new album, named „Angry Kids“ is a kind of mixture of the previous releases and thus perhaps the best one so far. But the band has evolved, so there are instrumental pieces utilizing samples or use of a piano. The lyrics are very political but to some degree personal experiences by the band members come thru and are worked up by the music. A nice piece of work and since comparisons never reflect the whole truth everybody should decide by himself which name-dropping to use…or like the Wahrschauer says it “…REJECTED YOUTH is nobodies little brother, successor or whatever. REJECTED YOUTH is REJECTED YOUTH…”. 16 Songs.
